Alayhee's South's Finest Peanut Boil mix is made from a traditional Savannah family recipe that has been handed down through several generations. It is created using the finest and freshest ingredients.
This mix contains Salt, Spices, Paprika, and Spice Extractives in a carefully prepared combination to match the family recipe.

Directions:
Rinse thoroughly 2-3 lbs of raw "green" peanuts in shell.
Put in 4-quart pot and cover completely with water.
Add 1 package of Alayhee's South's Finest Peanut Boil mix
Bring to a rolling boil. Cover and simmer for 2-3 hours, adding water as needed. Taste peanuts for doneness. When close to done, turn off heat and let peanuts sink to bottom. The longer the peanuts sit, the saltier they get, so taste frequently.
Pour off all water and enjoy.
